Hello Everyone!

As you know, our signature fundraiser, Harvest for the Harbor, takes place each year in November.

This year’s event will be held on Friday, November 1, from 6:00 – 10:00 pm at the Laishley Park Pavilions at 100 Nesbit Street in Punta Gorda.  This lovely outdoor location on Charlotte Harbor is unique, the view is phenomenal, and mingling, dining and dancing under the stars is nothing short of magical. On the menu:  beer, wine, water, coffee and tea.  A variety of hors d’oeuvres created with local ingredients.  Multiple dinner courses crafted with only the finest locally sourced vegetables, meat and fish.  A choice of locally popular desserts. Delightfully decorated round tables facilitate ease of conversation.  A live band will provide entertainment, and once again, we will have our traditional silent auction. We invite you to join us at this very important annual event.

Please peruse the documentation on this page for details.  Both individual and sponsor registration/payment forms may be downloaded for your convenience.  Don’t forget to include a filled-in menu choices form listing each participant’s food selections with your registration form.

Please note on the night of the event: When you arrive, please be sure to check in at the host/hostess table at the entrance to the event space. As we will not be issuing tickets this year, it is important that we are able to affirm your presence and provide you with your table number. This fund-raising dinner will benefit the Charlotte Harbor Environmental Center, a non-profit organization. The Center offers educational programs for students, provides our community’s residents and visitors with recreational opportunities, and manages local environmentally sensitive lands. Proceeds from the event will support our mission:  to provide environmental education, recreation, research and preservation land management for the residents and visitors of the greater Charlotte Harbor area.
